OUR STORY
Huxford Ventures is the culmination of nearly 27 years dedicated to one mission:
helping people live better, healthier, more meaningful lives.
Our story began in 2000, when founder Brian Huxford opened his first commercial health club, Huxford’s Training Zone. Built on the belief that fitness and nutrition could transform lives, HTZ quickly grew into multiple locations as members experienced more energy, less stress, and stronger overall health.
That success opened the door to corporate wellness. Brian launched the first on‑site corporate fitness facility, bringing a solutions‑based model directly to employers. The impact was undeniable—employees lost weight, reduced medications, and reclaimed their wellbeing.

This momentum led to the creation of WellFit Inc., a population health management company focused on improving both physical and mental wellbeing. But as WellFit Specialists worked with employees, one truth became clear: even the best health strategies couldn’t overcome unhealthy work environments.
To address this, Brian launched Navigator, a leadership development company designed to equip leaders to create workplaces where people could truly thrive. Navigator’s impact grew, and in 2024, Navigator High Performance (NHP) was born to support top executives through high‑level peer groups and leadership development.
Today, all of these experiences come together in Huxford Ventures—a culture consulting firm built on decades of learning, leading, and helping people flourish. We exist to serve organizations that value their people and want to build cultures where everyone can thrive.

Our giveback strategy focuses on supporting youth entrepreneurship, student leadership development, and values‑driven education.
Vigo CEO
Partnership
Since its inception in 2023, Huxford Ventures has proudly supported the Vigo CEO program. Brian serves as a Board Director and volunteers his time to mentor young entrepreneurs, provide leadership guidance, and help shape a program that equips students with real‑world business experience. Supporting Vigo CEO aligns with our mission to build strong communities and empower tomorrow’s leaders.
Indiana State University Honors Students
Huxford Ventures also invests in collegiate leadership development through ISU’s Honors College. Brian’s LIFO workshops offer students a practical framework for reducing interpersonal friction, improving communication, and building versatile leadership skills that translate directly into today’s workplace.

(Fellowship of Christian Athletes)
Huxford Ventures proudly supports the Fellowship of Christian Athletes by investing in the growth and development of young student‑athletes. Most recently, Matt and Jenn led a nutrition workshop at FCA’s summer basketball camp, offering practical guidance to help students fuel their bodies and strengthen their performance. This workshop was provided as a full donation, reflecting our commitment to serving our community and empowering tomorrow’s leaders. To God be the glory.
